Meet Jennifer

Hi, I’m Jennifer, the heart behind Math³ Collaborative. As a certified educator and dedicated math instructional coach, I’ve spent over 25 years helping students overcome learning roadblocks and discover their own “I can do this!” moments.

Math learning should be engaging, encouraging, and effective. Whether we’re using hands-on tools, real-life examples, or playful problem-solving challenges, my goal is always the same: to help each student truly understand math and feel proud of their progress.

When I’m not teaching, you can find me exploring new educational strategies, building resources for families, and (confession!) spotting math patterns in everyday life.

About Me

I’ve always been passionate about teaching and empowering learners. My career began in Houston, Texas, where I taught both General and Special Education before moving to Arkansas to teach first grade and later serve as a math instructional coach. I am completing certification as a US Math Recovery Council® Specialist, recognized as a Lead Teacher in Arkansas, and currently pursuing my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Arkansas State University.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and succeed in math and beyond. Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, and getting lost in a good book.
