Cancellation Policy
📜 Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: Upon agreeing to terms At Math 3 Collaborative: Inspiring K6 Learners, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services that meet the needs of each student. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our tutors. 1. Satisfaction Guarantee (First Session) If you are not satisfied with your first tutoring session, we will provide a full refund. 2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule a session without penalty, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a session without notice will be charged in full. 3. Package Refunds Unused Sessions: Clients may request a refund for any unused sessions within a purchased package within 14 days of purchase. A processing fee of 10% will be applied. Used Sessions: Sessions already used will be deducted at the standard single-session rate before calculating the refund. 4. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of illness, family emergency, or unavoidable circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Documentation may be requested. 5. Group Sessions Group session fees are non-refundable once the session has started. Missed group sessions are not refundable.
